BRX Contact is available 24/7 for guest emergencies. In many jurisdictions, a local contact is required to ensure that guests have someone to contact throughout their entire stay.

BRX will act as the primary contact for guests and ensure that guests are responded to in a timely manner. BRX will deal with basic questions such as the following:

  • Access to the property (i.e. digital codes)
  • Access to Wi-Fi and Internet

Calendar Sync

For better response time, we also include calendar synchronization with a variety of booking platforms (i.e. Vrbo, Airbnb, etc.) at no additional fee.

Additional services are available including the following:

  • Minor repairs and maintenance
  • Provide supplies
  • Cleaning
  • Coordination with vendors (i.e. plumbers, electrician, handyman, etc.)
  • Guest damage reporting
  • Turnover inspections

IMPORTANT NOTE: BRX Contact does not provide full-service property management. In many jurisdictions, a licensed broker is required to provide services as it relates to guest payments, taxes, booking reservations, etc.
